Human factor is the base in succeeding any entity
or association and subsequently qualifying, training and
developing this respect will have the positive effect on
the act and development of the Free Zone and raising its
competitive ability and offering best services in
international standers for investors and other clients,
whereas nature of the activity of Free Zone is one of
the activities which need training and qualifying multi
activities.
Free Zone paid much attention to the training,
qualifying determining the style and way of work which
ensure distinct act through international styles and
considering qualifying standards.
Training Department
Responsibilities :-

Preparing strategies and policies of training
and qualifying human resources and following up
implementing and estimating it.

Determine training needs and preparing the training
plans for human resources in MFZ.

Following up providing requirements for implementing
the training plans and estimating the level of
positive environment attainment to carry out the
training activities.

Estimating the training programmes according to the
training policies and plans by advances methods in
training fields.

Preparing periodic reports about the follow up of
implementing the training strategies and plans and
estimating their results and proposing ways of
developing them.

Developing work methods by approving electronic
systems and quality standers.
