A delegation from the Korean Limco International
Companies. Visited MFZ
On the 28th of Jan. 2008 there was a
delegation from a Korean company (Limco International)
made a visit to MFZ where they discussed the investment
opportunities available in the zone and the mechanism
applied herein, the potentials the featured the zone.
The company expressed its interest to build a huge
complex of manufacturing construction materials, and
Furniture, and to build exhibiting halls and stores to
provide the local market with its needs of such products
and the neighboring Arabic and African countries as
well.
During the presentation of these projects MFZ assure its
support to these projects regarding the job
opportunities will be created by such projects, the
transference of technology and know how in additional to
provide the local market with its needs of construction
materials especially in this time as many projects are
being interred in the Great Jamahiriya such as
infrastructure , housing and some service projects.
At the end it is agreed upon that they should prepare
the required documents and submit them to MFZ to
establish its activity and to hold other meetings
concerning the issue.
Where as the group expressed their appreciation and
thankfulness for the hospitality and ensure their
serious interest to invest herein and show their proud
of the efforts applied and the unique potentials and
characteristics which make the free zone a good
attractive area.. |
